Example 1 (Portfolio)
You have recognised that there is great benefit in providing a
healthcare cash plan scheme, as a high value, low cost employee
benefit which will be paid for in full by the company. You decide
to pay for all employees for a ONE ADULT, LEVEL TWO policy at just
£3.45 per week.
This means that employees have two options - either stay with a
LEVEL TWO policy and pay nothing at all or upgrade the scheme to
a TWO ADULTS level depending on their personal circumstances. If
they choose the latter, it means that you will pay the £3.45
and your employee will just pay the difference of £2.31 per
week.
Upgraded policies could be simply set up for a payroll deduction.
HealthSure would design a communications package around your requirements
including on-site promotions. The administration of this scheme
would be taken care of by HealthSure. We would set up the scheme,
provide regular reports relating to the scheme and deal with any
queries and claims direct.

Example 2 (Portfolio)
You have decided to pay a maximum of £10.00 per month on
behalf of each employee, so they can enjoy the benefits of HealthSure's
healthcare cash plan.
This means that employees have a number of options. They can receive
the cash plan benefits free by choosing a ONE ADULT, LEVEL ONE policy
or below. Or they can include their whole family by choosing the
TWO ADULT, LEVEL ONE policy, paying an extra £6 per month.

Example 3 (Portfolio)
It has been decided that your company will pay for the highest
level policy for all senior employees (TWO ADULT, LEVEL FOUR) and
a ONE ADULT, LEVEL ONE policy for all others.
This means that all staff will be able to claim for everyday healthcare
costs benefits, with more senior staff receiving better benefits
and a higher value package. Staff receiving a lower level of cover
will have the option to upgrade. This means that you will continue
to pay £2.30 towards their cover and your employees can pay
the extra, depending on the level of policy they choose, via a payroll
deduction.
HealthSure would design a communications package around your requirements
including on-site promotions where your staff can then decide whether
or not they want to participate in the scheme.
Of course, if some employees decide not to join the scheme, then
the cost to the business would be less.

Example 4 (Futures)
You have decided to pay for 50 staff on the Level 1 (£7) policy
and 5 staff at the Level 2 (£22) policy. As a first step you
select a local supplier of health screens (e.g. Nuffield Hospitals
- we have a partnership with Nuffield Hospitals enabling our Futures
customers to benefit from discounted rates) and set up an account.
Each of these employees can then visit this provider every two years
for a health screen. Those covered on the Level 1 policy will be
covered for a health screen up to £150 which equates to a
general well man/well woman check. Those on a Level 2 are covered
up to a £450 health screen (comprehensive). Once the health
screen has taken place the provider would invoice the company and
HealthSure would pay the claim up to the limit directly to your
company upon submission of the invoice and claim.
For all other treatment areas (GP consultations, Specialist consultations,
X-rays/Scans and Eyesight tests), the employees would go direct
to the practitioner, pay for treatment and HealthSure would pay
the claim, up to the limit upon submission of receipt and claim
form, direct to the employee.
